Vernon isn't one market. A house on the East Hill, a view home in the Foothills, a townhome in the Harwood area and an acreage in Coldstream all sell to different buyers at different speeds. Pick your neighbourhood to see recent sold prices, days on market and how close sellers came to their asking price.

How to read these numbers
- Median sold price is the middle sale: half sold for more, half for less. It's less thrown off by one unusual sale than an average.
- Days on market is how long homes were listed before they sold. Shorter usually means stronger demand.
- Sold vs. asking compares the sale price with the final asking price. Near or above 100% means sellers are getting close to what they ask.
- For sale now is your competition today.
Neighbourhoods with only a handful of sales can swing a lot from month to month, so treat those medians as a rough guide. For your specific home, ask me for a free evaluation.
